Social Events

We are writing this letter on behalf of our Banquet Manager, Eric Sauer. Our event has not even taken place yet. It is scheduled for Sat, May 19th, 2012. We just needed the "powers that be" at Crest Hollow Country Club to know how our experience has been to date.
Eric has been INCREDIBLE! His knowledge, customer service and care is bar none like no one we've ever encountered. He pays close attention to detail, he responds in a timely fashion and our meetings with him are truly enjoyable!
We have no doubt that our daughter's B'nai Mitzvah will be a huge success with Eric at the helm! He has worked with us for the past two years, and we consider him a friend.
If our party is anything like the care we've received thus far ~
we are sure we will have the best party in town!!!

Our friend's son's wedding was at Crest Hollow Country Club a while back, and we remembered the place being very nice. When they mentioned that you are doing a New Year's Eve party we said "sign us up".
We drove from New Jersey (60 miles). Your staff in the Lobby was very attentive and directed us to the check in desk. There was enough staff not to create lines and the same thing for the coat check. Thereafter we got to the Ballroom and we were met by our waitress. She was very attentive to details, the food came out hot, and each person in our party got the ordered dish without any glitch. The DJ played the right music for every age group, but at times it was a little too loud.
In the past we have always been reluctant to go out for New Year's Eve because historically the wait staff and the kitchen don't want to be there and it reflects in the food and the service, but that wasn't the case at Crest Hollow Country Club.
In a nutshell, your Organization did a TERRIFIC NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY and everything in our eyes went flawless. Happy New Year! "Miky & Renee Faibis,

Dear Mr. Monti,

I am writing this letter today so that I may share with you my recent experience at the Crest Hollow Country Club. This past Saturday, my son became a Bar Mitzvah and afterwards we enjoyed a large celebration at your establishment. As you know, there is such a great deal of preparation that goes into planning this type of party and there are so many points at which something may go wrong. But I am pleased to inform you that not a single thing did. From the beginning stages where we worked with Sharon on so many details to the home stretch where Eric stepped in and went above and beyond what I would expect, to the contant supervision offered by Matt on the day of the event, and even Steve who worked security that day; in every instance, my family was handled with only the upmost care and professionalism and the end result was perfection.

From the initial "curb appeal" beginning with your lighted driveway, followed by the fire and fountains of the front entrance to the lobby as you walk in past the doorman at the front door, the impression made on a guest is a lasting one. My son and his brother also very much enjoyed what they viewed as their own private VIP Suite which really is a nice add in for some privacy and security during the event.

I could probably go on but, I will wrap it up by saying thank you for enabling me to host such an absolutely amazing party for my guests and to provide the most long lasting and memorable day for my family and expecially my son.

Thank you for making our two weddings at Crest Hollow so beautiful and successful.

Eric, when you began telling us about all the benefits that Crest Hollow provided for a wedding, I must have tuned out within seconds because I thougth to myself there is no way we can afford this place. I tuned back in when you concluded your presentation with the per person fee. I could not believe what I was hearing. It was at that moment we asked you to give us some time to talk amongst ourselves and, as you know, we sealed the deal at the first meeting. We had only seen one other hall so we did not have much experience but we knew a genuinely good deal when we saw one. I think I asked you to repeat everything you said at least two additional times that day to make sure I was hearing correctly.

Well, with wedding #one set up, we had to find a wedding hall for wedding #two which was happening eight weeks later. Of course, our younger dauther wanted something different. So we went on a one month expedition exploring more than 12 wedding halls. After much field research even our younger daughter could not deny the overwhelming benefits of Crest Hollow. This was especially true considering that your kosher kitchen offered each guest a choice of six wonderful main dishes that cost less than the other caterers offering only a chicken dish at their competitive price. We are still raving about the food.

The cost of the service was a big draw to get our attention, but, of course, it's the service that really matters when it's all said and done. Eric, Ralph, Sandy. Wow!!!!!
You did everything you said you would do for us and more. Both weddings went off wonderfully.

Eric, as our Banquet Manager, your kind and reassuring words and support throughout the wedding planning process really made our entire experience with both weddings truly enjoyable.

Ralph and Sandy - thank you, thank you! You are both the consummate professionals.

Ralph, as our Maitre d' you made sure that not only were we well-treated during the event but that we had a chance to appreciate the special preparations that Crest Hollow made for all the guests.

Sandy, the girls loved your attentiveness as their bridal attendant. You were constantly present and helpful in the nicest possible way.
