We use 100% semolina pasta imported from Italy. Our Chefs prepare all pastas Al Dente, cooked medium soft with just the right firmness. Our white gloved servers offer freshly grated authentic Parmigiano Reggiano cheese imported from Italy and crushed red pepper to ensure each guest enjoys it just the way they like.
