As the only Long Island country club with a dedicated, year-round Glatt kosher kitchen certified by the Orthodox Union, we ensure that every dish meets the highest standards of kosher compliance while elevating your celebration with culinary excellence.

Your celebration begins with a lavish cocktail reception at our Harvest Community Table, featuring a selection of farm-fresh vegetables and handcrafted salads, including the Santorini and Shogun. Each item is selected and prepared under strict kosher supervision, ensuring compliance with dietary laws while delighting your guests with vibrant flavors.

Our Chef’s Table elevates the dining experience further, offering a variety of hand-carved meats from kosher-certified animals and freshly prepared imported pasta dishes.

As the evening advances, guests enjoy toasts with kosher champagne, celebrating the joyous occasion. The dinner service includes an assortment of starter salads, leading into an array of main courses catering to all dietary needs, including Chicken Del Monaco, vegetarian, and fish options—all accompanied by seasonal side dishes.
