Bat Mitzvah Testimonial | Crest Hollow Country Club

Hi,

My name is Tania Johnson, and I attended Gabrielle Craig's Bat Mitzvah on Sunday.

First and foremost, I'd like to commend your staff on a job well done and for making the day one that her family and friends will cherish always.

That being said, the real catalyst for this email is the Maitre d' Ralph D. As a well-seasoned employee, I am quite sure that you are aware of how wonderful Ralph is; however, I truly wanted to reiterate that fact.

During the event, Ralph is a constant presence who unassumingly makes sure that everything happens when it is supposed to happen, and that all the employees have what they need to "get the job done". He is helpful and receptive, not only to the hosts, but to the guests, as well.

This is not the first time I have attended an event at your establishment where Ralph was the Maitre d'. Two years ago, he worked at my mother's memorial reception and was so amazing that I still remembered his compassion and professionalism.

We are very grateful to the Crest Hollow and your wonderful employees, like Ralph, who orchestrate both the beautiful and poignant moments in our lives.
