Crest Hollow Country Club’s acclaimed chefs have deftly created an eclectic menu of spicy Caribbean cuisine to satisfy anyone’s taste for heat. Start with our mini beef patties (a smaller version of the famous Jamaican street treat), move on to our jerk-style whole bone-in chicken marinated in scotch bonnet peppers, nutmeg, cinnamon, scallions and thyme grilled over an open fire, and finish with fried sweet plantains rubbed with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and brown sugar.
